
Emily Reeves Tremml
Emily is a contemporary realist oil painter whose art is an expression of a life lived on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Her paintings are studies of light against dark and reflections of color and can be found in corporate and private collections in the United States and abroad.

Rick Kelly
Rick is a contemporary realist landscape artist who translates the beauty of the natural world around him into oil paintings that capture the light and feeling of nature's vistas on water and land. Rick was mentored by A. E. Backus for over ten years and is a lifetime student of observation en plein air and the design elements using the Pythagorean Golden Mean. His book, Treasured Waters with over 80 original oil paintings, won the State of Florida Publishers award for best coffee table book in 2009. He is currently working on his next book.

Wendy Douglas
Wendy's latest approach to her paintings are bold brush strokes on a large canvas to portray her series of 1950's bathing beauties and large corresponding skies. Working primarily in oils, her use of color melds the two genres. Wendy has been a member of the Nantucket Artists Association, Ridgewood NJ Art Institute, Lyme CT Art Institute, Vero Beach Art Club, and Oil Painters of America. Her paintings are featured throughout New England, NJ, FL and Nantucket.

Suzy Mellot
A tax accountant in a former life, Suzy Mellott has always been an artist at heart. “I always have several creative endeavors going to feed my soul,” she says. “I love to draw, paint, sew and garden, almost anything where I can use my hands to create! Doing art brings me great joyand I am honored and blessed to see the world through artist’s eyes. Suzy’s paintings are joyful and colorful, with juicy paint and visible brush strokes. Suzy is a member of Oil Painters of America, the Portrait Society of America and the Vero Beach Art Club. She has studied under many renowned teachers including Stacy Barter, Barbara Tiffany, Luke Steadman, Rick Kelly, Bethanne Cople,Tom Edgerton and Laura Fernandez. She exhibits in Atlanta, Georgia as well as Vero Beach, Florida.

Madeline Long
Madeline is contemporary realist painter who recently resumed her studies at Columbia University where she rekindled her love of painting after a career in advertising. Madeline's work is often compared to old masters and she has spent years working in the Florence Academy Atelier style. She is a founding member of the New Street Guild of Artists in Wilton, CT and her work is featured in exhibits throughout the Tri State area. She is a member of the American Artists Professional League and Vero Beach Art Club. When not in Vero Beach, Madeline resides in Pound Ridge, NY.

Dede Gilbert
Dede is a contemporary realist painter, combining a unique vision and style to capture landscapes to still life, and now moving onto figures as well as pet portraits. She is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art, and taught art at Charles River Day School as well as Montgomery County Day School. Soon after she devoted her time to raising her three boys while also representing artists' for Portrait South and eventually transitioning into a successful real estate career. . Dede is a member of the Vero Beach Art Club, Oil Painters of America and the Wayne Art Center. Her painting as well as many of her other creative and design pursuits have brought a renewed sense of inspiration and purpose to her life, which is keenly reflected in her work.

Kathy "Kiki" Kemp
First of all, I’m so lucky to be painting at the Palm House Gallery & Studio with some of my best friends and in an environment that makes art fun and makes me creative. I’ve been painting since grammar school, taken many art classes and studied art history in college. I paint in many mediums, but oils are my favorite. I enjoy painting animals, especially horses, as well as landscapes.”
